Our Mission
The Entrepreneurship wave was given a boost in 2015 with former USA President Barack Obama’s visit to Kenya. The Kenya Government took this up positively and have made several interventions to promote entrepreneurship. Kenyan entrepreneurs were ready to ride the wave of entrepreneurship but were lacking in skills. However, most entrepreneurs do not have the time or willingness to attend formal training sessions in institutions to acquire the skills for successful business. Further the best training for business is doing business!
Mpower Limited was founded to bridge this gap to provide the Entrepreneur with a platform to discuss and share experience and learn practically through story telling. To provide a platform to facilitate knowledge transfer from consultants, government, service providers and existing entrepreneurs. Many entrepreneurs started from their homes or boots of car or online, Mpower Limited provided a platform for an actual market place to connect with customers and showcase to a new audience their products.
We have a network of Entrepreneurs who do business with each other on the network, share information, experiences and ideas for growth. On the network, entrepreneurs share successes and stories of their journey. Sharing of successes, motivates other entrepreneurs to venture into entrepreneurship to grow the economy.

Mpower Limited has a special platform for women entrepreneur’s Mpower Women (www.mpowerwomen.co.ke) where women entrepreneurs have a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss issues of life-work balance, gender challenges and inequality that mostly affect them in business. Mpower Directory (www.mpowerdirectory.com) is our online GPS linked directory to help entrepreneurs Get Listed and Get Found globally.
Mpower Limited connects Entrepreneurs with entrepreneur skills, networking opportunities and market places. We use the digital platform to build capacity and promote entrepreneurs business. We achieve our objectives through the digital platforms, Ladies High Tea events, seminars, mentorship program, online Directory Mpower Directory and exhibitions and bazaars. We have had several successful events over the years and interacted with thousands of entrepreneurs on our platforms. The impact has been increased confidence, profits, focus by entrepreneurs and participation in Entrepreneurship for growth.
